Introducing State Street Steak & Seafood
Tom Frank, owner, is proud to introduce State Street Steak & Seafood in historic Doylestown, Pa. The building formerly known as The Knight House has been owned by Tom since 2005 and during that time steadily rose in stature as the premier local dining destination. Tom's passion for great food and atmosphere led him to renovating this historic building to become State Street Steak & Seafood. The new renovation has a unique, casual elegance showcasing Fine Steaks and Fresh Seafood. Some of it's features include our upstairs dining room with cozy cocktail-style banquettes for four and views of the al fresco courtyard below as well as two intimate bars featuring hand-crafted cocktails.

Mike Breslin is an Executive Chef who grew up and proudly still resides in Southampton, PA. His son Carter (12) and daughter Kelsey (10) are his greatest accomplishments.
Chef Mike is a graduate of Baltimore International Culinary College in Maryland & Deer Park Lodge in Ireland where he had the honor of training under Master Chef Peter Timmons.
He has been an Executive Chef for the last 25 years and has run some of Bucks County’s best places. Steam Pub, Earl’s Prime and The Brick Hotel just to name a few.
Chef Mike is passionate about creating culinary dishes, utilizing the freshest ingredients available. His recipes are simple and robust in flavor.
